The European Commission recently conducted an evaluation on the European Social Fund’s support to Gender Equality – results are available both in summary and by country.
In the Member States the process of designing the Operational Programmes has started and this opens unique opportunities for improvements in terms of ensuring equal opportunities for women and men in the next funding period.
The evaluation is gathered in one single document and consists of
- Synthesis Report (page 1-215)
- Reports for each Member State (page 216 pp, starting with Austria and then per Member State in alphabetical order)
- Six Thematic Reports ( page 952 pp): “Enhancing women’s access to employment”, “Vertical segregation”, “Horizontal segregation”, “Work and private life reconciliation”, “Participation of women in enterprise creation and growth” and “Education and training”.
